Strategy for Online Communication for the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Republika Srpska
The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Republika Srpska (CCIRS), with the support of the Swiss Export Promotion Program (SIPPO), has made significant progress in improving its online communication.
As part of this collaboration, CCIRS is working on developing a comprehensive Online Communication Strategy as well as building the capacity of its employees to more effectively utilize various social media platforms.
Patrick Collins, an expert from the specialized digital marketing firm ProspectLab, held two workshops aimed at developing the Strategy, providing valuable knowledge and practical advice on choosing the most effective communication channels, creating engaging content, ways to expand the user base, and using various online platforms to promote the Chamber's activities and services.
The development of the Strategy was followed by a training session entitled "How to Successfully Use LinkedIn to Find and Attract Customers" attended by over 50 representatives of companies and employees of CCIRS. Participants had the opportunity to learn about strategies for improving their online presence and building a successful LinkedIn strategy through detailed presentations on the following topics:
- How to optimize personal and corporate profiles on LinkedIn
- How to develop promotional messages
- How companies can generate new business with LinkedIn
- How to find and communicate with your target audience
- How to create content before, during, and after marketing events to attract attention
- How to follow up with people after events
- How to create online campaigns, with practical "live" campaign testing
- How to combine email marketing, LinkedIn, CRM, and other various digital tools
SIPPO's support for the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Republika Srpska in the continued development of the Online Communication Strategy and the training of CCIRS employees will continue throughout 2024.
