SIPPO in collaboration with SwissEP – Swiss program that aims to strengthen the entrepreneurship ecosystem in North Macedonia, joint their efforts to display the importance of content marketing and storytelling to the BSOs representatives during the interactive working session held on 9 May in Skopje
Representatives of Textile Trade Association-Textile Cluster, Agency for Promotion and Support of Tourism in Republic of North Macedonia and National Association for Incoming Tourism of Macedonia visited the SIPPO new offices located in the very city center of Skopje at Nikola Vapcarov st. 15/ 2-6. The Business Support Organizations’ representatives joined the working session on content marketing and storytelling eager to hear the essential aspects and current trends in the field presented by the Austrian professional with international career Ms. Christina Forster.
The possibility for creation of custom-made agenda for the session according to the participants’ interest and preferences for the topics on Content Marketing delivered effective four hours of listening and discussing, exchanging and leveraging new ideas on the topic. What is Content Marketing, how does it work, where to start, what to consider important on the beginning but also how to continue when building upon existing content – the answers to these and more relevant questions were addressed in addition to the fruitful discussion raised on target personas and customer journeys, both, outstandingly important aspects of the Content Marketing strategy.
Overall satisfaction from the session was notable among the participants assessing the working session as useful. What was especially important was the motivational atmosphere during the session throughout which participants considered various ideas, current challenges but also opportunities for creation of engaging and effective content through the on-line channels of communication.
