Ten thousand people visited the stand of Peru at the International Exhibition for Hotel, Catering, Take-away and Care 2017 (IGEHO)
Peru participated in this fair in Switzerland for the first time, in order to find new markets for Peruvian products. European professionals and consumers in the sector of hotels, restaurants, and catering, showed great interest in Peru. The official ceremony of the "Day dedicated to Peru" counted with the attendance of the main Peruvian authorities.
Peru concludes its participation in IGEHO 2017 with very positive feedback and great reception by the public assisting the event. Around 10,000 visitors attended the stand for Peru at the fairgrounds in the Swiss city of Basel, celebrating our outstanding role as ‘Guest Country of Honor’.
IGEHO is an international fair that is held in the Swiss city of Basel, which is directed at hotels, restaurants, catering, and domestic market industries. The event, that already surpasses the half century of trajectory, secured the attendance of more than 70,000 professionals in the edition of 2016, with a participation of around 800 companies.
