Enhancing Communication Skills with Online Tools - Workshop for CCIRS Staff

A workshop focusing on "Online In-House Business Communication Tools" was held recently for staff of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Republic of Srpska (CCIRS), supported by the Swiss Import Promotion Programme (SIPPO). The training session was held in Banja Luka and led by Patrick Collins, an expert from the specialized digital marketing firm ProspectLab. Aim of the training was to equip selected CCIRS staff with the knowledge and skills to utilize various online tools to improve internal communication and project management.
The workshop specifically explored the capabilities of Slack, a popular platform that can enhance organization, efficiency, and productivity within teams. Following the live session, in next three months Patrick Collins will provide ongoing support and additional trainings to CCIRS as they implement a Slack communication platform across all their locations.
