Digitalization in 2023
During 2023, SIPPO BiH was very active in providing capacity development support to its partners FTC BiH and CCIRS in the digitalization of their processes. The focus of activities during 2023 was on the online promotion of BSOs' services and activities.
Supported by SIPPO BiH, BSO's capacity development program in the second semester of 2023 prioritized equipping clients with online promotion skills to enhance their visibility and attract potential buyers. One very important training that SIPPO provided for FTC BiH and CCIRS staff was on the topic of 'How to use LinkedIn in finding and attracting buyers'. Afterwards, same training was also offered to companies and other participants at trade fairs. These trainings attracted a considerable number of companies, with over 60 participating in total.
Additionally, FTC BiH staff honed their online promotional skills through workshops on various topics, including:
1. How to use Canva
2. How to find your target audience
3. How to create a LinkedIn newsletter
4. How to use Chat GPT
5. How to create a LinkedIn carousel post
6. How to use Zcal
For continuous access for FTC BiH staff, all training sessions were recorded and uploaded onto a designated YouTube channel.
In 2024, SIPPO is planning to support CCIRS in improving their in-house digital communication, project management, and marketing.
