FENIP, ASMEX and AMITH have been trained to become familiar with a B2Btrace tool that could help improve the performance of trade fair and matchmaking activities.
The system was presented to the BSOs to test it and review its features with SIPPO support. The workshop included a detailed introduction to the software showing future features and developments.
The entire BSOs team participated in the workshop with positive feedback and an interest in the tool.
With B2BTrace, BOs can institutionalize customer relationship management, recognize the potential market segmentation of their members/clients, and follow cutting-edge processes in managing export promotion activities.
