Reunification of families

Holders of an annual residence permit or temporary permit are entitled to apply for permission for their families to join them; a work permit is issued to the spouse and family members in descending order. Spouses also have the right to a work permit even if they do not share the same place of residence. It is also possible for a spouse to be a resident in another canton.
