Trade Opportunities in Europe for Colombian Exporters
In the context of the Free Trade Agreement (FTA) signed between the EFTA countries and Colombia in November 2008, Switzerland has agreed to support projects regarding Trade Capacity Building (TCB). Therefore, Osec was mandated by the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs SECO to implement from April 2010 – August 2011 the market intelligence project. It aimed to produce and disseminate trade information and gap analysis for five sectors:
- Software & ICT
- Textile & apparel
- Processed food
- Natural ingredients
- Organic fruits and vegetables
The studies comprise of the following information:
- General overview on the European and the Colombian market
- Overview on the European and Colombian Market for the specific sector
- Factsheets on specific products
- Gap-Analysis
