- On the day: Your mobile and the list of participants
How does it work?
- Each participant is allocated a box number
- All box numbers are published on the participants list
- If this box number is SMSed to a short code with personal text, the participant behind this box number receives an SMS
- You can now reply via the box number or go directly to the arranged meeting point
- This service is free for all participants on the day of the event
What happens to your details?
- Your mobile number is not published online or on the participants list
- The number is only used in the background to allocate the box code
- The box code is only active during the event (except for 1 info-SMS from the organiser)
- After the event, you can no longer be contacted via this box number (except for 1 thank you SMS from the organiser)
