Mr Ruedi Noser is chairman of the board of Noser Management AG and the main shareholder of the Noser Group companies. He is an entrepreneur born in Glarus, a canton of Switzerland, in 1961. He was elected a member of the Swiss parliament in 2003. 

In his capacity as an MP, he is outspoken in defending the freedom of companies to develop, the interests of SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) as well as the system of vocational training. Mr Noser is vice-president of the liberal Free Democratic Party of Switzerland.
