Franziska A. Tschudi, Chief Executive Officer and Delegate of the Board, WICOR Holding AG

Franziska Tschudi studied Law at Bern and Washington D.C. and, following her initial professional experience in Bern, Zürich and Washington, completed her studies as Advocate (1984), Master of Common Law (LL.M., 1986) and admission to the US Bar as Attorney in the States of New York and Connecticut (1987).
Back in Switzerland, Franziska Tschudi worked as a commercial lawyer for Lenz & Stähelin in Geneva from 1987 to 1992. While working, she continued studying (1991 to 1993) and obtained a postgraduate degree in Business Management at the University of St. Gallen (Exec. MBA HSG) and in 1992 became Secretary General of SIG Schweiz. Industriegesellschaft.
In 1995, Franziska Tschudi joined the WICOR (Weidmann International Corporation) Group, where she began by heading company development. From 1998 she also headed the Electrical Technology division in the Asia/Pacific Region and in spring 2001 she became responsible for Group management as delegate to the Board of Administration.
Franziska Tschudi is on the boards of various chambers of commerce and is also for example on the Board of Administration of Swiss Life Holding.
